Does the monthly subscription include any SMS' ?

No, the above price only includes the Subscription Fee for the SMS Console . SMS bundles can be bought during normal working hours (*8am - 5pm) via EFT or Direct bank deposits.

All purchases are done through the SMS Console for your ease and convenience. Below are the sms cost structures.

500 SMS's - R210.00 (* 0.42c per SMS)
1000 SMS's - R399.00 (* 0.39c per SMS)
2000 SMS's - R756.00 (* 0.37c per SMS)
5000 SMS's - R1785.00 (* 0.35c per SMS)
10 000 SMS's - R3150.00 (* 0.31c per SMS)

Q:	Do my SMS' expire ?
A:	No, unlike other SMS products out there our SMS do not expire. However if you cancel your monthly subscription the SMS's are no-refundable.

Q:	Do I have to buy a minimum amount of SMS a month ?
A:	No, unlike other SMS products out there we do not lock you into buying a certain amount of SMS' each month. When your SMS's run out you can simple purchase more.

What does your SMS console offer that others don't?

Personalisation! It has been proven that when you use some bodies name at the beginning of a SMS, email , or other media - That message is far better received and more likely to be read. Our system allows you to do that with a simple click of a check box, and not only does it allow you to personalise the email it allows you to choose the greeting style - formal / casual.

Our SMS' don't expire, and we don't dictate the number of SMS you MUST purchase each month. Inclusive is a text based SMS competitions builder.

Q:	Can I share one account with some one else?
A:	Yes you are able to use a single account for multiple parties.

Q:	What does web to SMS mean ?
A:	You are sending an SMS message from the Internet to an individuals cellphone.

Q:	Can I send an SMS outside of South Africa?
A:	No, unfortunately our system is only able to deliver within the borders of South Africa

Q:	Do I need to install any software ?
A:	No, it is a browser based system which means all the software is on our side all you need to do is login. Requirements are IE 5.5 or above and Internet connection. You will be provided login details for your account.

What benefit does an online console have to that of installed software?

You can use it on any machine you want and there is no need to install any software. So you could be in an internet cafe in France and be sending SMS's to clients, employees, etc.

Plus software updates are automatic.

Q:	Should I wish to cancel my subscription for your Bulk SMS Service, how do I do that ?
A:	Our system is run on a month by month basis, as long as you want to use the system you can use it, obviously we will keep charging you until you cancel with us. Should you no longer wish to use our system all you need to do is give us a calendar months notice in writing after which we will stop billing you for the system.
