Please note that your subscription excludes SMS costs and addtional Competition Set-up Fees. We do not have fixed contracts but we do require you give a months written notice if you wish to cancel the service. Payment options are a monthly debt order.

After your registration is complete you will receive an email confirming your registration. When you receive the email follow the instructions in order to activate your account. Please note you will not be able to use the system until you have activated the account.

Please understand that you will be held liable for any damages /cost / penalties / fines that your SMS Competition may incur as a result of any contravention of these laws.

Should the nature of your competition be in any way suspicious i.e. look like a SCAM, we reserve the right to decline the creation of any such SMS competition.
Contact Details - Should we not be able to contact you on the details you have provided for the competition or should the contact details be incorrect, we reserve the right to stop any existing SMS comeptition or decline the creation of any SMS Competitions.
1. Please provide at least one Land Line number
2. Yahoo / MSN type email address will not be looked upon favorable, please provide a company email address.
3. You may have to verify company information i.e. CK documents
4. You may have to verify personal information i.e. ID documents
Should there be any complaint issued to WASPA with regards to your SMS Competition, we reserve the right to close / stop the SMS Competition with immediate effect.

Complaints may include any of the following:
1. Any unsolicited marketing of your competition i.e. SPAM, email or SMS
2. Incorrect advertising of price per SMS
3. No unsubscribe mechanism
4. Non-provision of information
