How many business card design concepts do I get ?
You will get 3 business card design concepts to choose from.

Please note: We do not provide the actual printed business cards but rather the print-ready formats, giving you the freedom to choose a printer in your area and in your budget.

Do you print the business cards ?
No, we merely provide a print-ready design. We do not provide any printing of business cards.

Once I have selected my business card design, how many unique variations of the card can I have ?
Once you have selected a business card design, you are then allowed a maximum of 10 unique cards. Variations on the business card are limited to Unique Name, Tel, Email & Position.

Should the design be required to change for any of the variations, additional charges may apply.

How long does it take before I get the business card design ?
We send the first versions within 5 working days, thereafter any changes requested normally take 1-2 working days to complete.

Is there a maximum amount of changes I can request on my designs ?
We will do up to 8 versions at no additional charge. Thereafter it is within Afridesign's discretion to charge for further requests, based on the type of request. However, nothing will be done without notice and client approval of the additional costs.

Is the design for a single-sided or double-sided business card ?
We can do either for you. We do not charge additional amounts for a double-sided card, but remember it will increase your printing costs.

What do I need to provide you with to have my business card designed ?
We need your company logo, corporate colours - the CYMK values if you have them - and the text elements for each card.

Payment & Billing Questions

How does payment work ?
We charge a 50% deposit; once we have received a proof of payment the design work begins. Once the design is finalised, the final 50% is invoiced and must be paid prior to the final versions being sent.
