Professional Corporate Identity Design

If you are a new company starting up, or even an established company, and do not have a corporate identity, then this package is ideally suited to you.

The packages include the following items:
Logo Design, Letterhead Designs, Business Card Designs.

The Corporate Identity PLUS package also includes a Car Wrap design.

We send the first logo design versions within 5 working days. Any changes requested thereafter, normally take 1-2 working days to complete.

We will do up to 10 versions at no additional charge. Thereafter, it is within Afridesign's discretion to charge for further requests, depending on the type of request. However, nothing will be done without notice or client approval should there be any additional costs.

PDF, Portable Network Graphics viewable in Adobe PDF Reader (No Transparency) - vector based format allowing resizing without pixilation.

JPG, Hi-resolution JPEG file (No Transparency) - Can be resized and used for email signatures & word document letterheads.

PNG, Hi-resolution PNG file (Transparency Included) - Can be resized using 3rd party image editor. Logo transparency is included which means you can use it when layering is required, i.e. for a website.

AI, Adobe Illustrator vectorised logo (Transparency Included) - File that you will supply your printer with should you require your logo on billboards, flyers, etc.

No, we merely provide a print-ready design. We do not provide any printing of business cards.

Once you have selected a business card design, you are then allowed a maximum of 10 unique cards. Variations on the business card are limited to Unique Name, Tel, Email & Position.

Should the design be required to change for any of the variations, additional charges may apply.

We can do either for you. We do not charge additional amounts for a double-sided card, but remember it will increase your printing costs.

We do not provide the actual letterheads but rather the print-ready formats, giving you the freedom to choose a printer in your area that is within your budget.

Depending on the package you will get either a 3 page or 5 page website.

Yes, you can. For every additional page, we charge R500 exVAT.

No, the website included in this package is a basic static HTML site. Should you require any maintenance to your website, we charge an hourly rate of R385 exVAT per hour.

No, the package does not include database design. However, should you require a database design, we suggest that you contact us with a specifications document outlining exactly what you want. From that we will be able to draw up a separate quote.

You will be charged R99 (incVAT) on a month to month basis via debit order.

We charge a 50% deposit; once we have received a proof of payment the design work begins. Once the design is finalised, the final 50% is invoiced and must be paid prior to the final versions being sent.
