2. The info on my SMS console does not seem to have the updated info on it, i.e. New groups that I have created don't seem to appear when I try and send an SMS to groups ?
What is most likely happening is your machine is caching the old info - which means it is storing it in it's memory and not looking for the new info.
Step 1: Try and press CTRL+F5, this is a super refresh and tells the server to send the new info through, rather than trying to use the old info. However if this does not work then...
Step 2: Delete your temporary internet files, and also clear your cookies.
This is done on your browser: Click - Tools / Internet Options / Then under "Browsing History" follow the instructions.
