From the response of the SMS, the system will send the appropriate dialog / response to the client. In the case of bad service, the system will send out an alert for the company to contact the client. Alerts can be customised as per your requirements. In the case of average service it will simply close the dialog. In the case of great service it might explore the option of further sales leads.
