PER HOUR MAINTENANCE - R385 exVAT / hr
Ideal for the client who needs once off changes to their website, i.e. changing your contact details or occasionally changing product information.
PLEASE NOTE:A minimum of three hours will be charged for maintenance on a site that Afridesign has not designed. A minimum charge of one hour will be charged for any site that Afridesign has designed.
MONTHLY MAINTENANCE
If you require on going changes to your website, on a monthly basis.
We take away the hassle of employing personal, buying extra computer equipment and buying software to keep your site up to date.
Your changes will be affected within 2-24hrs (excluding weekends & public holidays).

Q:
What if I have once off changes that I need done to my website, how do I know what it will cost me?
A:
All you need to do is draft an email outlining all the changes that you require, send it to info@afridesign.com. We will assess the extent of the changes and email you a quote. You will not be obliged to accept the quote should it fall outside of your budget. Please note that a 50% deposit will be required before any work commences.

Why do I need to pay for three hours minimum if Afridesign have not designed my site ?
A:
The reason we charge a minimum of three hours for a website we have not designed is because we don't know how and who designed the site before us.
It is almost like buying a second hand car; looks nice on the outside but you don't know how it’s put together on the inside. We often need to wade through unnecessary code and reformat the website into a workable framework before we can even update the site, hence we charge a minimum fee to make up for the "unknown" factor.

Do you have an example of a website you maintain?
A:
Yes, www.ziplan.co.za - The ziplan website is aimed at helping patients quit smoking. It is part of the GSK Support Programme. Afridesign is also currently maintaining GSK's South African Intranet.
