TRIPLE GUARANTEE
The Afridesign Triple Guarantee is our commitment to speed, quality, and performance when launching your website. It includes the following three guarantees:
1. Ready to Go Live – Fast
Websites will be ready to go live within the package’s Ready to Go Live Promise timeline, starting once all required and final content has been received in the correct format.
If content is delayed, incomplete, or revised after work has started, the Ready to Go Live guarantee is voided.
If we miss the timeline for reasons within our control, your first two months are free.
2. Love It Guarantee
If you’re not happy with the design within the first 30 days after launch. We’ll redesign it at no additional cost, including a new layout and look, using the same content and page limits in your plan. This does not include extra pages, new functionality, or a second redesign after that.
3. Speed Guarantee
If the site does not achieve a mobile performance score of 90 or higher at launch (measured using Google PageSpeed Insights), we’ll credit you a full month of service.
The speed guarantee applies at launch, before any third‑party scripts or heavy plug-ins you may add later.
These guarantees apply to standard website builds on supported Afridesign packages and assume all required content and feedback are provided on time.
Guarantee credits are applied to future billing and are not redeemable for cash.
Guarantees will be voided where delays or changes are caused by late or revised content, late approvals, or extra feature requests, and may be voided where delays arise from technical issues outside our control (for example, third-party outages).

Weekends and public holidays are excluded.
If content is delayed, incomplete, or revised after work has started, the Ready to Go Live timeline is voided.
“Everything” refers to design, content integration, basic SEO, launch, and ongoing maintenance within allocated monthly hours.

- Upgrading increases your limits immediately.
- Downgrading only works if the site fits the lower package limits.
- If the website site has too many pages, too much storage, or too many email accounts, you must reduce them or stay on a higher plan.
If you cancel the Afridesign package or downgrade to an Afrihost hosting-only package, a full calendar month’s notice is required.
Afridesign websites are built and run on a specific platform hosted on Afrihost servers and are not portable to other hosting environments.
If you cancel or downgrade the Afridesign package within the first 24 months after the website goes live, the managed website service ends and the website is taken offline and is no longer accessible.
After 24 months, you may request a static HTML version (non-editable) as a once-off export.
All Afridesign services, maintenance, and bonuses stop at the end of your notice period.
Why this policy exists: it protects service quality, prevents misuse, and keeps pricing low and fair.
